Social Media FAQ's
Do I have to provide you with pictures?
No but it will make your marketing look more authentic if you do. No need to overthink this, any images of your products, team or location can help us create posts that really resonate with your audience.
If you do not have any images we will get them from our stock account.
Do you advise pictures or videos for my posts?
Videos always perform better organically. You do not need high budget videos and they do not have to be more than 60 seconds.
If you do not have any videos we will turn some of your posts into videos but it would be better if you could provide us with some video footage.
Do I need social ads?
Put simply, YES.
If you do not use paid ads your reach will be very low and you will not achieve your goals.
How much budget should I spend on social ads?
You can spend as little as £3 a day but remember your reach won't be great. The more you spend, the more people you reach and the better chance you have of gaining customers.
How do you know who to target?
One of our super powers is persona marketing. We are able to think like your ideal customer and show them ads based on their demographics, likes and dislikes, occupation and even what they are buying/looking at.
Why should I get you to do my social media when I could do it myself?

Carrie-ann has been managing our SEO since 2021 ( and currently does!) when I joined Innovative Trials as Marketing Manager.
